1 General Overview & Acceptance
PureShefa is an authorized digital pharmacy service operated in accordance with the Directorate General of Drug Administration (DGDA) regulations in Bangladesh (Drug License: DC-92738-A). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2 Prescription Medicine Regulations (Rx)
Orders containing prescription-only (Rx) medications require a valid, recent prescription issued by a registered medical practitioner (BMDC). All prescriptions are meticulously audited by registered A-Grade Pharmacists prior to dispatch.
3 Pricing & Payment Terms
All medicine and product prices are stated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and adhere strictly to MRP regulations. Payment may be completed via Cash on Delivery (COD), Mobile Financial Services (bKash, Nagad), or debit/credit cards.
4 Delivery & Cold-Chain Storage
Temperature-sensitive products (such as insulin, biologicals, and eye drops) are transported under strict cold-chain protocols. Customers must inspect parcel integrity and batch seals upon delivery.
5 Customer Account & Confidentiality
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. PureShefa reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity or unauthorized bulk reselling.
