Eligible Returns
- Wrong product delivered.
- Damaged product received.
- Expired product received.
- Missing item from a paid order.
Non-returnable Items
Opened medicine, temperature-sensitive products, and used personal care items are generally not returnable for safety reasons.
Return Window
Please contact support within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, phone number, and product photo if applicable.
Refund Process
Approved refunds may be processed through the original payment method or another agreed method. Replacement may be preferred for COD orders.
