Delivery Area

Pure Shefa currently focuses on Dhaka city delivery. Area availability may be verified before confirmation.

Standard Dhaka delivery charge is Tk 80. Special handling, urgent delivery, or outside-zone requests may require extra charges.

Regular orders are usually targeted for same-day or next-working-day delivery, depending on stock, area, and confirmation time.

After an order is placed, support may confirm phone number, stock, address, and payment instructions before dispatch.

If a customer is unreachable or the address is incomplete, delivery may be rescheduled and additional delivery charge may apply.
